Saturn Project Car
Front Alignment

Next we moved to the front of the vehicle. As the readings show above, the Caster was at 1.6 degrees on both sides which is right on the money. Camber on the left was –1.5 degrees and -.09 degrees on the right. This needed to be adjusted.
Again we used an EZ Cam XR part number 81260 to adjust the front camber. We used the same procedure as on the rear then adjusted the camber into specification.
We adjusted the camber to be even on both sides then set the toe to the center of the specification.

Whenever lowering a vehicle the ideal alignment specifications are not always what the manufacturers suggestions were when the car rolled out of the factory. However this is good place to start and by monitoring the handling and tire wear custom adjustments can be made to optimize the performance of the vehicle.
