Honda Civic Project Car
Front Alignment

Again we reviewed the original after lowering readings and determined the amount of change that we needed.
The first step was to remove the upper strut mount bolt. This is where the kit, P/N 81260, will be installed.
Next we installed the 81260 following the instructions included in the kit.

Once installed it was easy to adjust. We just rotated the head of the bolt to achieve the desired camber readings on both sides. We then adjusted toe and took a final measurement.
These were our final readings from the front. As you can see our readings are basically centered in the middle of the specification range. While the original manufacturers specifications may not be the ideal settings for a lowered vehicle, we consider this a good place to start then later we will recheck the car and adjust the alignment as needed
