Rear Strut Removal

The first thing we did was measure the ride height at all four corners. This was done to check the amount of drop as we adjust the coil over kits after installation.
Our preference is to start in the rear of the vehicle. To remove the struts we first removed the rear wheel and tires.
Next we removed the upper strut mount nuts. To access these on this application we needed to in through the trunk and move some of the carpeting. There are two nuts on each side
We then moved underneath the car and removed the lower strut retaining bolt Now we were able to remove the strut and prepare to remove the original springs in favor of our new Intrax coils.
