What is sponsorship?
Sponsorship with SPC is an agreement between SPC and an individual
or company where SPC provides product or support in return for
their promotional and marketing efforts. The key for SPC is the
return on investment (product/support) we receive for our sponsorship
support.
What is SPC looking
for?
SPC is looking for enthusiastic individuals and/or companies
that can provide a return on the investment we have in your vehicle.
Specifically we are looking for the following:
1. Event attendance – shows, races, club events, etc.
2. Media exposure – magazines, newsletters, television,
websites, etc.
3. Links to websites – company websites, club websites,
etc.
4. Commitment follow thru – periodic reports on events
attended, photo updates, updates on the status of your project
vehicle.
How do I get sponsored?
We require a typed proposal that includes all of the following:
1. Basic contact information; name, address, phone, email, website, etc.
2. A brief introduction about yourself or company.
3. Vehicle year, make, and model.
4. A full stat sheet of all modifications and aftermarket products currently
on your vehicle.
5. Current vehicle photos (front, profile, overall, engine, etc.)
6. Current list of participating sponsors.
7. List of shows, awards and past media coverage on your vehicle.
8. List of events you will be attending and any confirmed future media coverage.
